STEP 1

Visit the lab (or virtual concept development)
We can’t wait to meet you – whether in person or virtually. Bring your product, your team, and your ideas to our lab, or connect with us online. We’ll cover everything from project requirements to budgets, and either take you on a tour of our facility or develop concepts onscreen. With virtual concept development, we’ll share detailed videos and PDFs so you can watch your ideas come to life from wherever you are.

STEP 2

3D concept modelling
Before we start making prototypes, we digitalise your ideas with 3D concept modelling. This is the moment where we catch design errors, see how everything folds and fits, and test out new concepts – without wasting materials. It’s like getting to play with your design in a sandbox before we get to the real thing.

STEP 3

Prototype and testing
Here’s where it gets fun. Using our CNC cutting machines, we’ll craft prototypes and samples so you can see, touch, and test your design in the real world. We’ve already fine-tuned everything, so by this stage, you’re testing the best versions of your ideas – saving time and cutting down on waste.

Pricing and delivery
Once everything’s perfect, we’ll sort out clear pricing and make sure your solution is as cost-effective as it is clever. Then we’ll work together to get it delivered right on schedule, just the way you need it.
