New Senior Management Team Formed

We are delighted to announce that we have strengthened our Senior Management Team following a period of growth and expansion, with the strategic appointment of Tom Bewley as Operations Director and Paul Gill who has been promoted to Head of Sales.

The newly bolstered SMT has been formed to help drive us through our next stage of sustained growth, and the duo join, Managing Director Ashley Moscrop, Operations Manager Les Hill, Internal Sales Manager Cherelle Harris and Nigel West Technical Sales Manager.

Tom joins us with over 35 years experience in the industry. He will be responsible for improving processes and procedures and will look after all operations for the site and team.

Paul, who has been with the business for over 20 years has now moved into the role of Head of Sales for Packaging and Display and will focus on strengthening existing relationships and building new ones to support the increase in demand for its sustainable products.

Ashley Moscrop, Managing Director of Dufaylite, commented;

"Over the last few years we have experienced a period of expansion and so these new additions to the Senior Management Team are perfectly timed as we move into the next stage of our growth.

"The strategic appointment of Tom will help us to develop the business. His wealth of experience will enable us to drive steady and continued growth and he is an incredibly welcome addition to the team.

"Paul is a hugely important part of the team at Dufaylite. He understands our products and markets better than anyone and his move to Head of Sales is extremely well deserved.”

We have become one of the leading sustainable suppliers throughout Europe and recently, as part of our continued investment, have completed a product improvement programme in partnership with the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) - to increase the efficiency and output from our factory in St Neots.

Ashley Continued, "Our work with the Manufacturing Technology Centre has really helped us to future proof the business. It has enabled us to align our manufacturing and sales strategies to ensure our continued growth and has already made significant improvements to the day to day operation of the factory where we manufacture our products every day.

"We have an aggressive growth strategy in place including plans to expand and triple the size of the business by 2025. We plan to do this whilst halving lead time and improving the sustainability of our products and manufacturing efficiency. Dufaylite is already one of the leading sustainable suppliers throughout Europe and our sales are already up 30% on last year. 2019 is set to be an extremely exciting year for us!"
